We also have huge respect for historic buildings, which were, of course, exemplars of design and construction in their own time, and so where we have the opportunity to help preserve, restore and maintain heritage buildings we do so with great pride, and indeed we have been nominated for conservation awards by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings.

Director, Peter Caldwell MRICS, has also had the honour of having been awarded the RICS Social Impact Award for Commercial Property in 2020, described by the RICS as “a world class example of how the built environment can have a direct positive social and environmental impact on society”.
